Black Horse Partners is dedicated to sustainable real estate projects, using environment-friendly construction materials and considering the location’s carbon footprint in cost calculations. We apply energy-efficient systems to improve property consumption and reduce CO2 emissions.

We aim to generate environmental, social, and economic benefits by creating healthier, eco-friendly, and resilient buildings capable of withstanding extreme natural events.
The technical department works in close collaboration with professionals involved in planning, designing, constructing, and operating buildings, ensuring energy, water, and material efficiency, enhancing indoor environmental quality, and minimizing environmental impacts.
Green Areas
All projects are designed with extensive private gardens, common area planters, green roofs, and shrubs and trees in non-urbanized parts of the plot to improve the environment’s quality and create natural spaces.
Bioclimatic Design
The orientation and covering of the building have a direct impact on energy savings. An example is the Pleta Els Vilars project in Andorra, where main facades are positioned to optimize solar capture during winter, while providing shade in the summer. High-performance thermal facades, roofs, and windows contribute to energy savings. North-facing facade openings are minimized to optimize interior climate control.
Renewable Energies
All projects prioritize the use of renewable energies such as aerothermal, geothermal, solar panels, or any other installations that serve as clean, renewable, and highly efficient energy sources, providing heating and hot water for households.
